Conservation Organization Achieves National Recognition

Manomet Conservation Sciences, based in Plymouth, Massachusetts, had world-class science and proven conservation results across shorebirds, fisheries and science education — but limited national visibility. Major successes, including the multi-state American Oystercatcher Recovery Initiative, were under-recognized outside expert circles.
